Garden Room

This space is a show stopper with its ten foot ceilings and windowed walls. Whether you are entertaining a group or lounging solo, this sunken garden room has all of the chill vibes. A subtle nod to mid-century modern design, the caramel leather pops against the dark herringbone tile.

Entry/ Porch

An inviting entry in to this character home, the sundrenched sunporch opens to the family living room. With an exposed beam, peaked wood ceiling, and original wood floors and radiator, it sets the tone for this home’s thoughtful renovation.

Master Bathroom

His and her vanities are separated with a white metal and glass pharmacy cabinet providing a pretty and airy storage solution for towels and toiletries. This master bathroom has a completely custom shower with shiplap inspired tiled walls, marble hexagon tile floor and a glass barn door enclosure.

Walk-in Closet

Inspired by clothing retailers, this walk-in closet believes that storage and display go hand in hand. Ikea drawers are finished with custom birch fronts with cut out handles for a streamlined look. His and her sides with closed and open storage options keep things ultra organized.

Laundry

This utility space is visible from the home’s kitchen so, it was important that it functioned AND looked pretty. Custom off white cabinets, glossy white penny tile, and a deep set wash tub with arched faucet all set the tone for this modern farmhouse laundry.

Kid’s Bathroom

Farmhouse apron sinks, vintage inspired faucets, solid wood and marble vanity, concrete pendant lights and a mirror shelf are all playful and hardworking pieces with lots of personality – perfect for a kid’s bath!

Master Bedroom

When your backdrop is mature elm and oak trees lining the streets of Halifax’s iconic tree named streets, your master bedroom feels a bit like a boutique treehouse. Perched in the treetops, this serene escape is accentuated by an airy cathedral ceiling, warm wood tones like Indian rosewood (furniture) and hickory (floors), and natural finishes like linen (bedding) and seagrass (basket pendant light).

Living Room

This living room shares its footprint with the home’s sunporch so, it has a casual and lived-in feel to it. A coastal palate of neutrals, slipcovered sofas, natural materials like concrete (fireplace surround and coffee table) and warm reclaimed wood from an old fishing wharf (mantle and picture ledge) – all give instant East coast charm.
